Do you sometimes have a feeling that time is overtaking you, and summer comes earlier every year? Do you have a sensation that it's too late to prepare yourself physically to this summer?
We at Kinetik don't believe everything is lost. We arranged the »Last minute« program, consisting of:

  • functional exercise twice a week (outdoors in the nature with good weather)
  • guided exercise in fitness once a week
  • free fitness entrance once a week (when you can)
  • body structure monitoring by measurements
  • nutrition recommendation


You don't want to stay indoors these beautiful spring and summer days, but would still like to exercise your body strength? We at Kinetik have the solution for you. »Outdoor Kinetik« is a functional and running exercise aimed to develop body strength and resistance, performed outdoor, in nature. We make use of our own body weight, free weights and requisites from fitness and modified natural accessories. »Outdoor kinetik« is so composed:

  • outdoor functional exercise 3 times a week
  • free fitness entrance all those days when weather does not allow outdoor exercising
  • outdoor swimming pool exercising once a week in summer (with extra payment of the pool entrance)
